Drifting deep shell in East Matagorda Bay is in full swing. Bass Assassins worked slow on the bottom have boxed limits of trout to 24" this week. Higher tides have slowed the redfish bite so I have been venturing over east where the catching has been great. Flounder gigging will open back up next week so those of you who want to fill the freezer give me a call. Capt. Mark Talasek |
